2 1/2 cups flour
1tsp salt
2tbsp sugar
1/2 cup Crisco or vegetable shortening
1 1/2 cups butter
6-8 tbsp ice water

This blog is awesome. After I started watching Pushing Daisies in 2007, I went on a huge pie-baking stint and made about three pies a week (all fruit/dessert ones) for three months. Then I couldn’t afford to buy fruit anymore. Anyway, there was even a strawberry layered with dark chocolate pie!
For real real.
Also, you need to do this in *just* the apron.
