Hey – This is six-time Tony Award Winner, William Ivey Long – he’s a mentor and abuser of mine from back in my past:
Recently, I teamed up with Buzzfeed’s Adam Vary. We worked all summer on crafting a case against him involving abuse and sexual harassment I suffered in the summer of 1996. Since then, people keep contacting me with more and more documented proof of William’s impropriety, gas lightings, and assaults.
Adam is a compassionate journalist who takes his job extremely seriously. We vetted all these allegations for months before approaching Long’s lawyers. They did little more than drag their feet for ten days, then issue a categoric denial.
